Fish flingers are good for fishing even though I never tried it. Supposedly the best xp for fishing?

Herblore habitat just amazing for hunting, farming.

Turmoil / curses for prayer. Temple of Sentitsetenensten quest.

Brawlers from pvp for crazy xp.

Okay

High level untradable potions

Curse prayers

Living rock caverns for high level mining and fishing

Advanced agillity courses

More high level hunter (barehanded butterflies)

Dungoneering which changes PvM and slayer

Damage soaking

Also a bunch of quests, two more grandmaster quests, one of them giving the best cape in the game, the other giving a spec weapon comparable to AGS for 250k.

Distractions and diversions which are small weekly skill related activities.

Ummm, I would just browse through the weekly updates.

Oh, maybe staff of light, and full slayer helm are new.

Edit: Coming back for more, let me think for a while.

PM me in game anytime

It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet.

That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying.

Thanks for the responses!

i really do appreciate it :).

i haven't messed with dungeonerring yet. is it p2p only? right now i am f2p just to see if i want to get p2p back (banking sucks tho due to how much stuff is in my bank LOL)

i don't even know how it works lol, man i feel like a noob xP

Sounds like they came out with stuff that is really creative. i quit playing because it was getting stale.

i would look through the new updates, but they updated the home page and i can't figure out how to navigate it LMAO.

but thanks again :D.

Dungeoneering is actually f2p, although naturally it's got much more content in p2p. Basically, you and your party (you can have up to five people at a time) have to navigate your way through an instanced dungeon filled with monsters and defeat the boss at the end. The dungeon is composed of square rooms, with doors that usually require you to perform a certain task to open, such as clearing the room of monsters, solving a puzzle located in the room, or a test of nearly any of your skills. The biggest catch is that these dungeons are isolated from the rest of the world, and you cannot bring your own items in or out of the dungeon. Instead, you create your own combat equipment using your non-combat skills using the unique resources found in the dungeon. You also lose all but one item (and some ammo, such as runes or arrows) that you can choose to keep between dungeons. Higher levels means you can keep more items.

That means that often you're cutting trees, fletching bows, smithing armour, crafting robes, imbuing runes, doing pretty much everything to get equipment you need to get you through the dungeon alive and quickly. It's very much a skill of skills, and as such, it's got a cap of level 120 instead of 99. The higher your level, the deeper you can go, meeting harder challenges and consequently more rewards at the surface.

Also, Ancient Curses are an alternative prayer book, much like Ancients and Lunars are alternatives to the Standard magic book. Curses have a greater focus on reducing or otherwise gaining their power from the stats of your opponent instead of simply boosting your own, and contain higher level prayers, pretty much picking up where the Standard prayer book left off past level 70. Highlights include Deflect Melee, Magic and Ranged, which act like protection prayers but also reflect some damage back at your opponent, Soul Split, which heals you as you deal damage as well as draining your opponent's prayer, and Leech Defence, which drains your opponent's defence by up to 25% over time, as well as boosting your own defence by up to 10% over time.

Ya it's weird how they have it set up now. To see all past updates:

1) Go to the main homepage

2) Click on any recent update, for example Jan 4th "King of the Dwarves".(under the Latest news section)

3) The news post page will come up for that update

4) Look along the top bar under news and it lists: All Categories Game Updates Website Shop Customer Support Technical Behind the Scenes

5) Click on "Game Updates" on that list.

6) Now you have the entire list of game updates :D

Temple of Sentitsetenensten quest.

:P Its "The Temple at Senntisten"

And here is the link for the Game Updates: http://services.runescape.com/m=news/list.ws?cat=1&page=1

Welcome back to RS!
