For one, Why Prom? I personally like Primal Rapier for 1 handed, though not to skilled in dg, ive tried others and have found rapier, though not as strong is fast+ can do good damage with slash and stab. Longswords OK but to slow imo, i gues most would say Baxe due to power but i PERSONALLY like Rapier.

You want a weapon with 2 agressive styles to be versatile - rapier or battleaxe. Of these the battleaxe is usually preferred, but since you can't obtain a primal one I'd go with the primal rapier.

and another thing to note

unless you are using idiot random teams in 117/148 there is really no need to use tank

I didn't use tank keying when I had under 100 dg and I rarely had any food problems.

I used primal longsword for awhile and now use primal battle axe.

If stab was aggresive on the primal long then I would have kept using it.
