SirIzenhime
Oak larders until you can make Oak Dungeon doors are a fairly cost effective way of training, especially if you use SC hammers. That's how I did it at least. LitterBug
http://runescape.salmoneus.net/construction_help.html They have a couple of different ways to level construction. However - the SC hammer sounds like a great idea - and a genius way to save costs as well.I was wondering if anybody compared the costs ofbuying Oak logs and turning them into planks and making larders/tables vs cutting the Mahogany logs and turning them into planks and making larders/tables. I figured if you're in it for 99 wc, having some maples to help with construction wouldn't be such a bad idea. EDIT: Yikes, I meant Mahogany - Not Maple.Sorry for the brain fart
Quyneax
Woodcutting mahogany or oak are both bad ideas. Planking logs, even more so. The only way I could see someone DIYing construction would be with an adze at teaks/mahigs and bank special logs & anything the adze doesn't burn (casting plank make on the logs first). That would be fairly good xp in four stats but probably not the most efficient overall. Oak larders, buying the planks and using a butler to take them to you. amitoz
Do normal larders until you can build oaks larders, then do those until you can build oak dungeon doors.. implement butler banking to your discretion, pretty simple. Come to my Clan chat (I'm there if I'm online) if you wish to borrow a Green H'ween mask, Blue H'ween Mask, Red H'ween Mask, or Santa for a reasonable price.
