green9090
For crafting, put an offer in for battlestaves from the GE right now. Leave it in until you're 99 craft, boosting it periodically of course. Also buy your daily staves from Naff. Air battlestaves are fast, cheap exp, with the only caveat being time taken to get the staves. Do torstol runs (or snap until you can farm torstol) very often and tree runs daily. If you're poor, do maples and pineapples. If you aren't, mages and palms. Do make sure to be growing SOMETHING in your tree patches though, the exp adds up and you want to finish farming before you finish everything else. If you can stand stealing creation, use hammers on smithing and construction. Superheating gold is a good option for smithing and magic for obvious reasons. Get something high enough to assist as soon as you can and then do that daily. Smithing is a good one for that, everybody needs smithing assists. Crafting is another strong option, and you can pot it 3 levels cheaply. People even pay for construction assists. This will obviously also take a lot of money. Guess what- you're learning TDs! Look up guides and practice practice practice. Not only do the claw drops make up one of the best moneymakers in the game, but they also have one of the highest effigy rates in the game. Effigies are fantastic for general skill training. Use the lamps on herblore. Just power TDs and use the cash you earn to buy your skills. Use Grimy's spreadsheets to figure out what methods you should use. Captainkidd
Your about to blow approximatively 700M+ on buyables so after you max I guess you could work on making that money back. ~ Captainkidd
Quyneax
You need ~6m prayer xp - that's going to cost you 150m or so. ~8m more herblore xp, another 200m. Crafting, 40m or so. Construction, probably 100m. Smithing, 40m or so. Magic, 20m perhaps? That's all not even using expensive methods. If you have the money, I'd start with prayer and herblore, however both bones and torstols are high now - not ideal. As Green said, battlestaves, gold, possibly sc tools. For construction, make oak dungeon doors or mahogany tables, use the tools here as this is a bigger cash drain and clicking load. For magic and smithing xp you should superheat gold with goldsmithing gauntlets, it's fast for both (but costs a bit). Finally, farming. It should be noted that farming WILL make you the money you need for all these buyables over the course of ~14m xp (more than you need for 99). However it'll take around 1500 farm runs, or about 300 days of fairly intensive farming. It'd be better to do tds (frosts if you have a slow hand/connection) and farm some cheap trees on the side to be done in half a year :). Golvellius
If your frugal like me you could probably max for under 200 mil.Get Stealing creation tools for crafting, smithing, and construction so you can cut their costs in half. You can train your magic either through combat or by casting something stupid like make plank over and over.If you go the combat route look into combat robes with fire surge, big gains little cost.Stealing creation is cheap prayer and pest control is an okay alternative.Herblore and Farming are going to cost the bulk of it.Only tip I would have for herblore is use grimy herbs, and stick to stuff you can sell.Farming sucks so you'll blow 100mil on that easy. After your done with this, you will learn to hate making gp if you didn't already but hey you beat the game, grats. Wtf is a tip supposed to be?Question of the year right here. Why don't you follow that up with "Hi, I post in WTF.it using spreadsheets & a calculator to help articulate simple thoughts to others."? Quyneax
You can pretty much ignore Golvellius - sure you can get sc tools, train magic with fire surge, but otherwise he's all wrong. Apart from SC not being cheap prayer xp (you mean Soul Wars), it's also really really slow. You'd be better off gather effigies at black dragons, which actually makes money AND is twice as fast. As for herblore, it's entirely useless to get 99 herblore THEN make your overloads, you'll waste tons of xp. So just make yourself a nice 1-2k overloads & super prayers & special recovers. Farming should break-even if not profit, depending on your needs.
