What to do with potions?

I've gotten 91 herb, and I have about 1k extreme attacks, 1k extreme strs, and almost 800 extreme defenses. I'm planning on using greenmans to make 500 extreme magics and maybe rangeing pots to make ovls.

Now I'm wondering what I should do with all the super atks and strs I have banked. Should I 100% ditch them? Should I leave most of my extremes in (3) form, in order to make overloads easier?

Currently in my bank I have 1 spot for each 4-1 dose super attack and str. Should I get rid of them and replace them with extremes, while keeping a small stock of (4) extremes?

Likewise with magic, but I think I'm just going to totally drop magic pots from my bank and replace them with (3) extremes

And with x-range?

Should I 3-dose my entireity of prayer potions and replace them with extremes?

How does one turn many pots into 3-dose in bulk?

What % chance would it be to get +5 stew boost to make overloads?

keep some supers for pking if you ever will, but only the 4 dose versions to save space (unless you have 3 dose for making more extremes). You probably will not need to make that many overloads so keep ~300 of your extremes in (3) form and decant the rest.

A 5 level stew boost is 9% chance, but i got it on my first time so you could get lucky.

I keep all my extremes in (3) except about 30 (4) potions in case I need them. You don't really need to keep them in (4) anyway, it won't really save space, only vials.
