Banned because there is a skill like that. It's called Ranging, and I have been level 99 in that skill since 2010.

Banned because ranging is a skill you use to shoot from a bow, that's not what I'm referring to at all.

 

I'm referring to shooting bullets from a gun, which is currently not possible in RuneScape.

Banned ranging means long-ranged combat, meaning everything from bows and crossbows to guns and artillery. I know my words. :3

 

The closest you can get is using a handcannon or the multi-cannon. A bit steampunk, though.
