Infi Posted January 1, 2006 Share Posted January 1, 2006 last nights snl made me laugh remember: -the taco town thiing, there was like 80 wrappings! -the black eyed peas thing!!! that was so funny -watching ashlee simpson perform (to see if she was lipsyncnig -.-) and i think she was k? lol what else you thought was funny? oh yah the intro lol, that was pretty funny, the napoleon dynamite were was it based? Ever since Jimmy Fallon, Will Ferrel, and Chris Kattan left, it sucks. The only ones on there with talent are Sanz and Tina Faye. The days with Phil Hartman and Chris Farley and etc. were the best hands down. Mad TV has definitely seen better days as well, though. I don't know if they have new writers now or what, but they just don't know when to quit! They beat a joke to death in a skit so that it's not funny. General timing is crap as well. The two funniest skits i've seen on SNL is one with Chris Farley when he keeps saying "I live in a van down by the river!", and "Cork Soakers" with Janet Jacksin. SNL made so many comedians popular. Like: Eddie Murphy, Adam Sandler, Chris Farley, David Spade, Phil Hartman, Will Ferrel, and many more. Since we're comparing though, I think MadTV is a little crude for my tastes, I just don't like the sense of humor they use on that show.
