Bows
Skills like RC, Farming, Agility, Herblore. Stuff like that. Slow or extremely expensive skills. Or any skills you don't feel like training yourself. :P
Loffelicious
Prayer is more expensive than herblore at the moment, so if it's for saving money, rather do prayer. If not, do the skills you hate, like Bows said Skeletal wyvern guide: 100-150 crimsons per hour and PROFIT
Pluckey
I've always spent them on Summoning. Not as expensive, but charms are a [bleep] to get for me atleast.
Quyneax
Depending on what you like of course, the order is something like runecrafting (60k xp/hr max), agility (over 80k xp w/ penance horn), summoning (byproduct, slow to accumulate), then expensive skills, then random junk. If you are sub-50 dungeoneering, use pengs on that. nastyforinvi
I use my points on anything thats 90+ that isnt a easy non buyable (example thief dung etc) skills that i use pengs for have used for in the past (herb summoning construction) the 90+ is just to maximize the xp per point
