atestarossa
I'm getting 70 rc, after putting it on halt for way too long. And I've heard people speak about making steam runes. I'm wondering what gp/xp and xp/h i'd get crafting those (i'll guess the gp will be negative) The reason I'm not doing ZMI, is that I'm dungeoneering when floors pop up, so keeping a full bank would be too much of a hassle. And I assume the method is using binding necklaces at fire altar, right?
Aslan
I remember reading a guide about steam runecrafting (fire altar with water runes and binding necks). If I recall correctly it said something about ~42k xp/hr.Let me look for it.
Saradomin_Mage
I don't recall combo rune crafting being that great with binding necklaces - I think they used Magic Imbue, if I'm not wrong, because that could last you more than a binding necklace (15 runes versus at least one inventory) In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers. Quyneax
You actually need both. The binding necklace makes sure you don't get the 50% chance to lose runes - you just craft them all. Magic imbue makes sure you don't lose the talisman you need iirc.
