But I would definitely just go for 70 rc, it's annoying but it really doesn't really take that long once you get started.Then definitely swap the law bind out for a surgebox (not blastbox). Unless of course you're f2p or can't use wave/surge spells... again, can't tell because I don't know your stats. April 30, 201115 yr If you are serious at all about dungeoneering, get 70 rc and csb. laws are basically there as a homeless mans substitute, but you are really hurting your team(and even as a keyer, laws are a bad idea).
