However, some things work better than others. For example I wouldnt go flirting with her first off. Talk to her, get to know her. Most importantly, LISTEN to what she has to say. And ask her questions. Most girls love to talk. It can be annoying when "How was your day?" Turns into a 4 hour conversation, but you'll just have to deal with it...
