It's definitely not worth taking the time unless it's literally one extra kill, in which case you would still be able to complete a run in under 5 minutes (this is assuming ice barrage or chaotic rapier with void). Barrows is pretty bad for money as it is without lowering the rate at which you complete chests. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.

May 22, 201115 yr Killing 5 monsters takes, say, 50 seconds, and it'll consume prayer to make that faster. Plus that your overload will run out. 50 seconds is worth about 20k at barrows at max speed (1.5m/hr approx). That's about 50 bolt racks, or 70 death runes or so. So yeah it could be worth it, sure. But you can't use Guthans to heal for example, as that's too slow. But his was basically at what kill counts items come and in what amounts you'd have to draw your own conclusion in terms of profit.
