But, the fastest is superheating while smelting. Edge is the closest I think. PM me in game anytime It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet. Superheating gold is also fast but you are 99 magic - it's not really worth it as it's twice as slow as plates and costs about the same (not valuing mage xp).
