Well i can't believe no one has posted about the best video game of all time :shock: Final Fantasy 7 is an RPG game for play station one with the best game play and best story I have ever experienced :D Anyone else played this great game? If yes did you enjoy it?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I beat the game, took a total of 92 hours with all weapons defeated :shock: , my favorite party was CLoud, Barret and Cid!

I hate that game.

How far in to it did you get? Usually when people hate it they only played for 2 or 3 hours :?

You should have just had your opinion in the best game of all time thread instead of starting a whole new topic for it.

But this thread is about one game specifically, and this game is SO great that it needs its own thread 8)

I played this game it took me about 80 hours. My party is all lvl 99 and the rest of my team is around the 85s - 95s.

 

 

 

I usually use Cloud, Tifa and red 13. :)

 

 

 

I defeated all the weapons and have gotten the golden chocobo...

 

 

 

In my opinion the last few bosses were to easy. My people easily hit 9999's with 4x cut every time and i just pwned them :)

 

 

 

Plus i had all summons etc which helped heaps :D

 

 

 

In my opinion it is also 1 of the greatest games of all time along side a few others but hey some people have different opinions and i have nothing against that. :shock:

Thats a personal opinion, if every one wanted to make a thread for the game they think is the greatest game ever made, tip.it would explode. Well, not explode, but there would be a hell of a lot of unnessecary threads.

Well stuart I made this thread because the favorites one is posting your favorite game then moving on, hardly any discussion on the game, and so I made one to talk about one specific game :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyway, ya Sephiroth was WAY too easy, few Knights of the Round and he was gone. My main team in around 90 each, I trained at magic pots from 75 which was easy! :shock: Just don't have the attention span to do it anymore, but I did start another file to get the story line again :P

okay, I love Final Fantasy 7 but seriously have you ever read through ever line and realized how lame it sounds. The story is great but the dialogue is cabbage.

that game is my second favorite, i loved it! OMG! i went to a cosplay in california and was vincent, took me awhile to make my costume, BUT I LOVED IT! favorite party= Cloud (of course) Vincent (HELL YEA), and... Yuffie

didnt like it at all, you werent even playing half the time. it was like you walk 5 feet and then another cutscene happens, or you have to load a new screen. outside you walk five feet and a random montser attacks you. i didnt find the story line all that intriguing either, which most people consider the best part of the game. the graphics were horrendous if you werent watching the cgi cutscenes, they were pretty good. the fighting system absolutely sucked, the menus were very much not user friendly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

give me an american or d&d rpg anyday over final fantasy.

I love it. I've completed every FF except 1, 2 and 4 (11 doesnt count)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

7 is my favourite by far. If there was a percentage for how much of the game you could complete then i would get 100%. i used a guide though, oh well :)

well, all final fantastys suck. nuff said.

I love going back through the game with challenges. EG: Lowest level challenge - no summon challenge - no magic materia challenge <--- that was a toughy. Item shops loved my custom on that one :shock:

FF9 pl0x.

Tactics is still the #1 FF in my opinion, and being a veteran of nearly 10 years, I've been through all of it. 7 IS a close second, however, and it was actually the first one that got me hooked, not an easy game to master.

FF7 is my favourite Final Fantasy game. My favourite party is Cloud, Tifa and Cid. Got them all to level 99 :). The only thing I know of that I haven't managed to do is beat Emeral Weapon without Underwater materia.

Havent played it yet (im trying to find it, but its extreamly hard!), yet i basicly know the entire story line. I dotn think (from the story line) that it really was that great. Ive played every ff except 3 (the jap. 3), 7, and9. IMO 6 was the best. Didnt have 3d graphics, but the story line sure was good. 10 was probably second best, having awsome graphis (10-2 has better though) and an awsome story line to boot. It was just a little short :wink:
