Ah Cabbage! I cant believe they would do something like this. How could you just take away my outlet for all the frustration and anger I accumulate while I play Runescape? How am I supposed to express my discontent about the stupid little noob who is taking all my monkeys while Im training? Where do I turn when I want to complain about all the bots at every single place in Runescape? The fact that Jagex is taking away my ability to tell them about my anger is proof they do not care and only want the money from the bots who fund the majority of Jagex these days!!! I've never understood the need to rant. Every once in a while I may [bleep] about something to friends, but as far as ranting on forums goes...I know better than to think other people care.

Try the Items forum. The mods are less frequent and more lenient, and people will take you seriously in there.

They do permanently ban folks from the forums. I'm not sure why you think they don't.

 

Because it happens so rarely and inconsistently that it's not even worth mentioning. Hardly is it ever given out to the people who deserve it the most. The feature might as well not even exist. Their three strike philosophy is a failure at heart because they don't have the manpower nor a stable system to enforce it.
