The KB stated that it only requires 70 runecraft to wield it, however we need 77runecraft to make the blood runes for charging it.

So the question is can we blind the surgebox first then charge it afterwards, like how weapon poison works on spears?

 

edit: Got my surgebox and yes you can bind it first then charge later. Paid someone in rsof dungeoneering help section to get me some pro gear and runes.

You can charge it after binding whenever you find or make runes.

You can either have somebody make the blood runes, or find them as drops. The surgebox only needs 70 RC to bind and use.

yes, you can bind it and charge it afterwards at 70 rc.

pretty sure you cant change the type of spell you store after binding. i couldnt with mine.

 

 

when you bind, just make sure you select surge spells. when you do a large, mae 125death/blood, and 800~ airs to charge it for 125 charges. then you're good to go :D

Or do larges with people that have 77 rc so they can make your the runes required.First fill the box then bind it.

Just charge bloods from c1s lol.

Or if no one has 77 rc on your team, make a pot for it. Or if no one has 96 herb, make a pot to make a pot for it. You only have to do it once anyway :shades:
