BabyPunchers
So I've been camping Abyssal Demons for money, mostly so I can multitask and watch tv but that's besides the point. As of today, I have about 5 whips drops. My question is when should I sell them? Am I right in thinking that Monday/Tuesday(whenever the update comes out) they will sharply rise for a select few hours? I realize that there is a large supply of whips in the game but I still thought that they would spike up in price on release day. Another option would be selling them today for 1.7m or so each, still a decent amount of profit. Any thoughts guys? Thanks to all those who have messaged me concerning a revamp of my Range-Slayer guide. Because of you all I will start rewriting it asap.[/color] Formerly RobinHoodie. fatherdeath
Either now, or immediately after the update. They will crash a day or so after the update, if I had to guess.
Quyneax
The moment they spike and people get aware of it, there will be a huge dump & crash. I think most of the price rise isn't people wanting whips to use, but to merchant them. So ideally you'd sell them when the spike's still happening, before the top. If there will be one, that is. It could be that the small demand increase from the update actually happening may be entirely drowned out. BabyPunchers
Both of those answers do make sense. Maybe I should just sell like 3 now and keep two? I'm not very good with money. :P Well, am I right in saying that the new whip attachment will come from the new slayer monster? That's what I thought the BTS said, but I've heard conflicting reports. I'm thinking that either way whips go, I could still stand to make a profit off of the attachment. Thanks to all those who have messaged me concerning a revamp of my Range-Slayer guide. Sy_Accursed
Its hard to say what the update will cause.Once the update is posted and we have acces via kb to the new whips stats etc it might cause a peak or a crash; all depends what the stats are like. xpx
Its hard to say what the update will cause.Once the update is posted and we have acces via kb to the new whips stats etc it might cause a peak or a crash; all depends what the stats are like. The price of whips will only very slightly depend on the stats as the number of addons to whips in game will be so dramatically different. Basically all of the price changes are down to manipulation, so you just have to watch and see. In all likelyhood(and i'm guessing here) the update will be in 10 days, not 3 days, so we'd likely see atleast one crash before the prices skyrocket for the actual update. EDIT: nop, it will be next week First to 99 Farming on 27. September, 2005.First to 3766 Port Score on 20. March, 2014.First to 4664 Port Score on 2. March, 2015.
