I have, on many occasions, noticed that things seemed brighter in one eye then another. In fact, I have at times noticed that things seem to have a slightly different tinge with one eye vs another. I think when it's happened, my right eye views things lighter and blueish, and my left eye sees things darker and red. EDIT: Also I'm pretty sure you're lying. Squab unleashes Megiddo!
