July 30, 201114 yr Said I was supposed to bank 3k of these on July 28th. It's the 30th and I only have 100. Anyone know what is wrong?
July 31, 201114 yr Jagex is just a little late on giving them out. I have membership on the 12th and it hadn't change.However, earlier yesterday - I got a email from Jagex stating I got 3k more loyalty points.

July 31, 201114 yr Sounds to me like a simple case (as mentioned in the thread QFCed for you) the system currently displays the earliest possible date you could get the points.Eg it says 28th for everyone as the scheme started on the 28th; but it actually depends when you joined the scheme. July 31, 201114 yr You get your points to the exact second you subscribed to the Programme, If it hasn't worked, Then you need to contact billing support. (look in account section of rs forums)
