kriscius Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 Hi guys! So I log in today to my account and i have this terrible lag. I could call it slow motion, becouse my character does not lag, he runs fluently, but just very very slowly, attacks monsters mega slowly and does everything else very slow. When i rotate the camera with arrow keys on my keyboard it also rotates very slowly. What could be the problem? I've never had this problem before. Thanks! My_Eggs Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 Do damage splats stack up on monsters when you're using a wepon that it wouldn't normally happen with? If so, I've had this exact same problem multiple times before. I never did anything to fix it because no one could give me an answer either. I just didn't play for a few hours and the next time I got back on everything was running fine again. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. Sy_Accursed Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 Sounds like graphical lag opposed to actual lag; meaning settings are too high for your gpu or your gpu is overloaded/overheating to cause it to render so slowly. But fun aside, try to swap graphics mode from whatever you have to the other one.
