I would say triple figures (100) is a good milestone.You can of course loot just as well on a lower level if you're good enough,And in some ways lower combat can be more helpful than higher.You could experiment with various accounts and levels to see what is most successful for you personally. I didn't have alchs then so I looted as much as I can then walked back to edgeville. It was probably ~600k an inventory. This way seems much better though. Nice guide. I feel like returning to bank more often would mean that you either have to risk higher amounts each time or waste time running back and forth so often, meaning more loot is left to other players or the war just ends.
