Kimberly
Since I'm taking a small break from getting from 74-80 hunter, I was wondering if anyone could explain to me how the oak door thing works? What's the best way to utilize the butler when building in a dungeon? Does it really save time in comparison to oak larders?
Quyneax
Oak doors are more planks per item, so more planks per hour, and the xp per plank is fixed, so more xp/hr. You just send your butler to get 20 or 26 planks (depending on which one you use). While he's gone you continue building with the planks in your inventory. When he arrives you take the planks, the butler will hold any excess and will give you those planks if you click him. When the butler's empy, send him for more planks and keep building. Albel
That's how I got 99 construction. I would suggest doing oak doors as started from the poster above. Also consider using the butler not the demon butler. It cost less gp/item over the long run. [hide=Quotes]Albel/JustinAlbel doesn't say anything anymore, just comes in, leaves an arrow and vanishes into the night :(Probablypractising some euphoniumYou nearly had me fooled, you fooler youEuphonium/10.9/10. All_Is_Great
And he comes at almost the perfect time if you build and remove 2 doors. (20 items per run).

Low C
Mousekey's helps a lot as well. Doing the jumps for building and destroying is what kills your xp/hr if you mess up a lot.
