December 19, 201114 yr 1st question is where would you guys use cannon at if you had a character with 1 defence and not many quests done? I have 8k cballs to waste. I'm just doing this to keep my hp down a little bit. 2nd questions is where would you mine iron if you wanted to bank it? I want to get decent xp and make some money. I don't want a bank that's super far from the mining spot. character is currently 50 mining.
December 19, 201114 yr If you unlock the dungeoneering area in dwarf mine (25 dg i think) theres a deposit box just inside that you can use to bank, there's 3 iron rocks jsut outside. December 19, 201114 yr If you were 1 defence but not 1 prayer and looking to gain charms as well, I'd say either wallasalkis (blue charms, require ranged if you want to use a primary weapon due to massive melee defence) or maybe black demons (can be safespotted with ranged for fake multi, good crims + effigies). If you were also 1 prayer I'd recommend black demons as well but you couldn't leave your safespot very often as the demons hit rather well. December 21, 201114 yr Your main problem is going to be the damage you take in multi-combat, but that's easily negated with a protect prayer. Good cannono-enabled multi-combat areas without quest requirements are pretty rare, but I think kalphites are alright (protect from melee and antipoisons) and greater demons but those are in the wilderness (protect from melee). December 21, 201114 yr Even without bothering to collect charms, you could get decent prayer xp cannoning black demons, and there's a lot of them, so as long as you get a world to yourself you don't need to worry about spawn rates. Just grab some prayer renewals and potions and use protect from melee. Without 43 prayer, I don't really know where else would be good to go for a pure aside from rock crabs. Although the effigies from black demons could also come in handy for using the lamps on strength or w/e to get strength xp w/o hitpoints xp. Asmodean <3
