Squakus
I haven't tried Jad before, and idk what to do. I have a CR, FSH, full bandos and armadyl, a spectral and around 30m to spend on additional equipment. Stats are in siggy. As the size of an explosion increases, the number of social situations it is incapabale of solving approaches zero. Ensure you are not a social situation. Dax
The way I've done it (And it's gotten me to Jad three times now) is using CR/usual melee gear, and kiting everything up to the 360s, then switching to Ranged and doing Jad (Though I mess up in the switching and end up dying). You could also try melee Jad, but you've got to throw in Deflect Melee alongside Ranged/Mage and that makes it a bit more difficult. #KERR2016/17/18/19/20/21. #rpgformod
Powerfrog
I wouldn't recommend meleeing jad your first time. Ideal method is to use storm of arma, it hits as hard as a rapier and you attack from range so don't have to deal with jad's melee attack. I personally killed jad a few days ago using polypore staff, and it's actually really accurate/damaging. Ganodermic armour makes jad's magic attack max at about 550s and splash often, which makes it less scary.
Squakus
Thanks for the quick replies. If i were to try meleeing everything but the 360s and Jad, and maging them with pps, would I wear ganodermic for everything or bring melee armor switch? What should my inventory look like? And btw, how do I kite so the 360s don't use their melee attack? Is it a bit like killing Thunderous in dg, just with different timing? JPMC Mate
As soon as it lifts it's tail to atk, you glide in and stab it then quickly step back. Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.
Powerfrog
Kiting the 360s is really easy, and faster than pps, and you can wear melee armour to tank everything you're not praying against, so you might wanna do that. And because you don't have SS for healing, i'd definatley bring melee body and legs so you can tank the 90's. (Gano has next to no range defense)
