mlskid
This might have been a while ago, but I think I remember reading an update where they added some banks and deposit boxes to near training places iirc. Does anyone know where these are located and such? I'm looking for someplace f2p to mine or fish but none are really coming to mind atm. :/ Summoning help:[hide=Wio, lol][/hide]
The_Fray
There is a resource dungeon in the dwarven mines that has a deposit box. You can mine iron there.

Yeah, I did a bit more research and found it on the RSwikia, blah. The other ones aren't very useful for what I want to do... Looks like I'll just have to do some more work in looking for what I want. Oh well, thanks. :) Summoning help:[hide=Wio, lol][/hide]
levine1996
There is a deposit box on the port sarim dock to bank fish from Karamja, but they also added an NPC named Stiles on Karamja who will note your raw fish as you catch them. You can also use this to cut willows with much less competition than Draynor. ~~~The Harpy List~~~Harpy Facts~~~It's Super Effective~~~The Beginning~~~Harpy Therapy Center~~~Alg~~~Jedi Harpy~~~Rohirrim~~~Attenuation~~~
levine1996
K4ylan, this is true, but given the slightly longer distance between the trees and the deposit box as compared to the bank from the Draynor willows, I'm not sure it's worth it. I haven't done calculations, and it would be somewhat difficult to, but it seems to me solely based on observation that given the decreased competition since the nuke, Draynor might be a bit faster. @original post - If you do want to use the deposit box at Port Sarim for willows, you could definitely give that a shot. Beaumonde
What comes to mind from your question are the deposit boxes unlocked as a reward for the quest Deadliest Catch, there are 8 of them, but they're all in P2p locations. As of right now I'm planning on deposit boxing iron ores into the dwarven mine resource one, until about 80 mining, and then buy the rest of my needed ores for 88 smith... Then I'm planning on making a few fishing urns and using those to fish at barb or someplace, maybe karamja with lobbies if I can use the urns with those I'll have to check though. And btw, who removed the "o" from my title? =o haha Edited January 9, 2012 by mlskid Summoning help:[hide=Wio, lol][/hide]
Kaida23
Fishing Urns will work on everything up to Swordfish (so basically every fish in F2P).
