Need to get some skills up

I'll start with def and strength since they could potentially help fund the others. Since you already have 80 slayer, I imagine you already know this, but slayer is your friend. Most tasks give you some profit, nearly all of them can be melee'd(...sp?), and you usually get good charms, which even if not actively trying to get summoning up yet you will be eventually. If you want speed for those, armored zombies are fantastic, however I would recomend getting 70 prayer for piety before the armored zombies since they reside just below an altar, and constant prayer is always nice. For range, rune darts on tasks in kuradels dungeon gets surprisingly fast exp since the +40 damage applies to every throw. Of course you could use cannon, but its not exactly cheap. perhaps ranging blue dragons would get you some money to help with faster methods for prayer and magic. For magic, I would guess your best bet would simply be to high alch anything and everything that doesn't net a loss. Not much to say on prayer, find or use a gilded altar and use whichever bones or ashes you wish. I used infernal ashes when I got my prayer up to 95 because it was cheaper then d bones, but I do not know in todays market. I hope that helps, even if it is a block of text.

Get 70 prayer first, using bones/ashes on gilded altar. Bind a 2h, train str in dungeoneering. The get a chaotic rapier and train defence with that while cannoning for ranged xp.. you'll want your rapier sooner than later anyway. For magic, you can always alch while skilling lol.

Working on max and completionist capes.

Meh i hate dungeoneering but I can do that >.< and I don't have the money for cannoning though :/ i want to spend that on prayer XP but there any other way to train besides dungeoneering?

Well I recommended training dungeoneering because it unlocks chaotics and also trains str, so it's pretty nice.. If you hate dungeoneering, just do slayer to train combat.

I'd do what Paul said.

Basically, look at all the skills you want to level up.

Prayer speeds up melee xp at 70 and 95 (piety and turmoil).

Dungeoneering speeds up melee xp at 80/200k tokens (chaotic rapier).

Prayer speeds up ranged xp at 74 but only with dungeoneering (rigour).

Dungeoneering speeds up ranged xp at 74/140k tokens (rigour).

Prayer speeds up dungeoneering xp at 70 and 95 (piety and turmoil).

Higher melee stats speeds up dungeoneering xp as well, but not as much after 90 attack (promethium 2h) unless you're 113 dungeonering.

Dungeoneering provides strength xp.

Construction speeds up prayer training at 70 (boost to 75 for your own gilded altar) but it costs about 1m even if you have that level for the materials, so you can use someone else's altar (use W31 Houses for example) and save that money for prayer.

Lunar Diplomacy and Desert Treasure both speed up magic xp (burst/barrage and plank make and the like).

Farming and killing dragons both make money. They both provide xp as well, so that's nice. I'm assuming you'd rather get more levels than no levels.

You need money for prayer at least and construction if you do that. Killing dragons provides that money along with melee xp, but the melee xp is affected by your prayer level as well. So that's a compromise, you'll have to do one of those less quickly so you can do the other faster. Dungeoneering is free, but it's sped up by prayer as well.

Just to show you how the order of things matters.
