This list is 75 of my favourite albums, it's in alphabetical order and is in no way representative of a good to bad order. It's all amazing. Two warnings, this is no short ordeal, and I ran out of adjectives quickly, so awesome and amazing are used to a large extent.

Why I like it - Found through another artist (Todd Smith), who you'll be seeing in bands a couple more times throughout this collection.

Why I like it - Found through one of these very lists, it changed me, especially my favourite track from the album..

Why I like it - Really good electronic, alas, it's pretty much unknown to the world. He needs more fans. The bad word is a four letter word starting with s and ending with t, just so you know.

Why I like it - Best indie (Although I hate using that term, it seems to lower the goodness of anything when given that title) album I've heard.

Why I like it - The final album of these guys, and what an end it was. Their best album by quite a bit.

Why I like it - I kinda obsessed over these guys after getting their best of collection. Was worth it, now one of my favourite bands, and this is my favourite album.

Genre - Progressive Metal.

Why I like it - Been a fan of Dream Theater for some time, and this album, although a bit heavier, always stood above the rest.

Genre - Alternative Rock.

Why I like it - Everyone loves Eagles of Death Metal. This is their best album, but their other two are cool too.

Why I like it - Just a fun listen with a couple of funny tracks.

Why I like it - I love this album with all my heart. I doubt anyone else does, but the way it just ditches genres and jumps around on its own accord was something I always loved.

Why I like it - Mike Patton did wonders for Faith No More, this being his first, he turned it from being mediocre to a pretty amazing piece of work.

Genre - Folk/Comedy.

Why I like it - Obligatory Flight of the Conchords. But seriously, this album is fun to listen to, especially after watching their TV series, which you should have done.

Why I like it - Though this album is a lot tamer than their first two, it's still awesome.

Why I like it - I was amazed when I listened to this. I didn't see how it was possible to be so good. Although his first two albums were terrible, he quickly got good, and then amazing, All Day being his latest album.

Genre - Hip-Hop.

Why I like it - One of the first albums I bought, an excellent collaboration of two amazing artists, so you know it's gonna be good.

Why I like it - Gorillaz is just one of those bands I enjoy every song of. Their best album being this one.

Why I like it - The high point of Moby's work. Starts amazing, ends amazing.

I love Death. The chorus in Politicians In My Eyes really sounds like a '90s skate-punk song... except it was recorded in 1973, three years before Ramones recorded their first album. Absolutely blew my mind when I first heard it, and it still does. So far ahead their time.

On the EoDM, I've always been a bigger fan of Peace, Love, Death Metal than Heart On. It has more of a raw feel to it.

I've just always loved Heart On. Contains the tracks that initially got my interest, and I find it fun to listen to all of the time.

 

I've got to check out the album they released last month. Hopefully it's good.

 

I love them all, and can't order them past R > Songs for the Deaf > The other three.
