Effects from Mass Ban Curbs

Prices of rares dip but remain above pre-ban level.

Blue p-hat, offering, 130M

Blue p-hat, selling, 250M

The Runescape open market appears to have absorbed some of the the impact of the mass-banning from the prior week. However, prices of the rare market remain above the pre-ban level.

White p-hat, selling, 102M

Red p-hat, buying, 13M

Red p-hat, selling, 95M

The Phat market remains volatile due to large disparity between buyer and seller offers. Blue Phat dips to 130M/250M, compares to the pre-ban level 80M/90M. Green Phat is currenting buying at 72M, and Red Phat at 90M (research by blipo).

Santa hat, auctioning, 4.5M

̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅAs you can see, santa hats haven't been affected much. Also, easter eggs and DoR's have only shown minor price increases. On the other hand, half wines have gone up a reasonable amount, and pumpkins for some reason are suddenly more valuable to people who have them. People are wanting as much as 3.5-5M for theirs, but buyers are sticking around 1-2M.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ

Very Creative person. Last news I remember was the old BSN news from manofthunderhearmecry, but he made more of a joke out of it.

Btw Jagex owns Runescape ;)

I miss that sooo much. :(

Prima, where did you get some of your data? To me it seems like generalizations off of looking at a few pages of selling\buying posts on the rs forums, especially the figure of

"Red p-hat, buying, 13M

Red p-hat, selling, 95M " and the blue party hat selling for 250mil figure. Outliers like that are just people trying to get prices to change and normally can be ignored.

Numbers come from me, and are actually quite consistant wherever I go.

The numbers don't make any sense :P.

People are trying to sell p-hats for a lot more than people are realizing this stuff is worth. People are selling at around the same prices, and buying at the same, if not lower, prices.

tek0705042a6479ro0.pngblipo1cd.png

rares are the only things that sell high enough to make a big difference. at least imo.

Those aren't anywhere near at all close to being similar prices.

Are you basically trying to say that people ask a lot more than what the prices really are? Or am I just not getting what you're trying to get through.

i saw half wines at 45 mil, but im glad to see at least 100 sets gone or i hope so out of 15000 players banned if not it still will be a fair few.
