I've done every quest except All Fired Up. I have around 15 mil in cash, probably a little over 22 mil if I liquidated some of my things. What do you think I should do currently in my Runescape life? I liked choc ice deliveries and court cases a lot, and Shattered Heart most of the time. You can also go for that one awesome outfit you saw earlier etc. which is always a good guideline to increasing bank value/unlocking more items. If you like combat, some generic performance boosters like MA, void including deflector, DT gloves etc. are nice to have sooner rather than later. If you spend 25 hours getting berserker (i) now, the +4 strength will save you a few hours to 99 melees. If you get them at 99 melees, they won't save that time.
