Incorrect.Loyalty points are added monthly based on when you joined the scheme.If you didn't sign up til the 3rd of Ocotber, your points date will be the 3rd each month. Most only have the 28th as a date because we pre-signed up when they first opened it and thus when the scheme went live on the 28th it set all of our reward dates.
