brad1431
I am about to hit 100 armadyl shards and can make the staff, but not sure what do to with it? Is it good for anything or should I just sell. I heard it is good for Kiln, but never did the kiln so I am not sure why it would be good. It isnt better at glacor's than Staff of Light, so I am not sure what I would use it for. JeRambo
Sell it, unless you plan on using the storm of armadyl spell for anything. Isn't it better to turn the shards into dust though? Money-wise, I mean. "Night gathers, and now my watch begins. It shall not end until my death. I shall take no wife, hold no lands, father no children. I shall wear no crowns and win no glory. I shall live and die at my post. I am the sword in the darkness. I am the watcher on the walls. I am the shield that guards the realms of men. I pledge my life and honor to the Night's Watch, for this night and all the nights to come." "An imperfect man can do great deeds, and a great man imperfect ones. Lord Paul
Not sure where the prices of the ABS or Arma runes are headed, but it's currently better to make the staff over the runes even if you are 99 RC. Useful information Working on max and completionist capes. 2435/2475
Powerfrog
Its really limited to PVP, for practical use. Most other things you'll find the extra cost of runes is not worth whatever additional killspeed you will get. A great way to use it is in FoG. You get free runes. (Do it for the minigame armour/battlerobe charges)
Quyneax
Storm of Armadyl is worth it for the Kiln I think, and perhaps (but likely not) tds. It used to be worth it before the effigy nerf mostly.
