If its the rules, I'm not sure (No stickied rules topics in this forum). Petition Support List: Allianator14 If a mod could also help keep it updated, it would really help. Lord_Muijs Posted January 29, 2006 Share Posted January 29, 2006 And if you think its a stupid idea, don't post, I really don't care about your opinion then. so basically your saying "im scared of people disagreeing with me so i write this so i can say they're all stupid". cooler capes are one of the many reasons jagex tries to get people to pay for members. team capes should remain members only. what i DO agree with, is that members should be able to use them on an F2P world. my idea for this is: make team capes untradeble, let them be an F2P item, but ONLY aquireble on a P2P world. this way member clans could have an f2p pking trip once in a while and use team capes, and f2p doesnt lose a reason to get members. I use RSC and I've already got around 15 topics each with more than 10 pages, so, yeah, why don't you just take this for face value. I don't care about popularity.
