So ive just been reading the runescape forums, official one, and they are saying they are considering an update that, if you get 99 runecrafting you wont be able to get the cape unless you have crafted 1 million essence, wtf.

That is called made up bs that Jagex will not do.

Also you do craft essence in the runespan anyway.

Three months banishment to 9gag is something i would never wish upon anybody, not even my worst enemy.
