Frosts Setup

I'm close to 85 dung, which will finally give me frost dragons (and rapier due to other purchases) so I was wondering what setup I should use because I plan to camp there awhile. My stats are in sig and I am currently broke and have little to no armor because I sold most of it to fund herblore. I have elite void, still need to get deflector however, so any advice is appreciated.

frosts are always crowded and the bones are low in price, so it isnt a great money maker like it used to be....

yeah, cause 15k per kill is really bad [/sarcasm]

Anyway, frosts are actually decent money/hr. but you could try a welfare setup like i'm using and then once you make about 10m or so then try and get better gear in parts. That's my goal. :) anyway, I would recommend doing frosts as even though they may be harder to find and empty world, you can still get decent kills/hr. Around our levels you can expect around 1m/hr starting out when you get used to it. :) it's not bad.

Nobody's advertising it at 3m/hr anymore, that's just oudated (it used to be closer to 4m, just after release).

You can just go with void deflector/barrows gloves/dragon boots/glory/fire cape/tokkul-zo for banking. That costs maybe 300k in all. Tokkul-zo gets you close a bank+fairy ring which is very convenient.

Beware using a tokkul-zo though. If you die i believe it is automatically lost on death and you will have to get it back and charge it again.... which is a pain.

without a yak or turm, it is prob 1M or less an hour

Yup. right around 1m an hour for me.

Anyway, more useful stuff to OP:

I use an extreme set, with super anti. 3 doses is one trip, or there abouts. then four prayer potions, my eee, sharks, cannon with cballs and then an elf crystal for fast teleport. Works for me.

Seeing as you won't have much money to go at them with a cannon, using the melee void with a deflector and the barrow gloves from the RFD chest should still give a decent enough rate.

Just be careful though, their range attack (if you don't pray in time) could be bothersome against your void.

Use the highest BOB you have, an extreme melee potions set and prayer pots. Bring some food (Rocktails perhaps, just in case their special orb attack gets you) and just go at them. Also, I suggest using a Vampyrism aura if you have it, it comes in very handy indeed!
