July 15, 201213 yr When i tried to recover using email, they tell me its wrong. I cant find out where i manually recover my account.ive emailed and posted on the account loss thread on the forums with no reply at all.Im at a loss here and unsure what to do and my pin only lasts like 4 more days.I apologize if im not ment to post this here but i really dont know what i should do Fire Cape -Acheived! 99 Cooking -Acheived!
July 15, 201213 yr Keep trying to use the form until they give you the form. It sounds like they've already changed your e-mail. :-? Make sure your new e-mail is one that is double authenticated (i.e. upon log in, it requires a code that's either texted to your phone or they'll call you instead) to provide better security. Also make sure your computer is clean of keyloggers, root kits, RATs, etc. When you do eventually get the form, answer the form as complete as possible! I just took a look, and it looks like all you need to do is enter the wrong email address 6 times. I imagine after that it will take you to the normal recovery forum. I also moved your thread to account help & advice.

July 16, 201213 yr Email: [email protected]When I had a similar problem they helped me with recovering my account without knowing the registered email.I got a reply within 10 mins but I guess it depends on the time of day EDIT: They sent me a link where I had to submit a wrong email 2 times then manually recover my account using billing details and recovery questions Website corrections ~ Items & Shops ~ Bestiary ~ Quests ~ Maps & Calculators[spoiler=Rare Drops/Splits (Feb 2013 - ??)]

Sorry to interrupt the OP here, but how would I go about doing this? (Setting your email to require a text or a phone call) - Is that the email address itself? Or something you can change on Runescape?
July 16, 201213 yr It's something about the email itself, although it would be nice if we could link the account to our phone. One client that offers such services is Gmail. Same exact problem as you so this is what I did, I went on the Runescape Forums, Under Customer support there is Account Help, click on help recovering your account.Or QC 250-251-139-63571758 All I posted was my display name, my log in name and request that it is locked and registered email removed. It took them less than a day to respond, after doing so when you go to password recovery or account recovery, it won't ask for your email but send you to the manual recovery where it asks account details, recovery questions, credit cards used for membership payments etc. I got on my account and my bank pin had about 15 hours before it was cancelled, good thing I recovered in time. Good luck with your account.
