Friend is going P2P for one month for the first time in 5 years, needs money-making advice

His stats really aren't the best:

 

 

What could he do to make the most of his month, as far as money goes? Like I said in the title, he hasn't been a member for over 5 years now, so he's totally out of touch with the current money-making methods. I myself haven't been P2P on any of my accounts since 2007, so I'm not exactly up-to-date either.

 

One guy suggested to me that with those stats, the only thing he can do is camp an NPC, like steels/irons. But honestly, their drops aren't that great. He was personally hoping to be able to make a mil or two an hour. Is something like that totally unreasonable with his stats?

I will not pretend to provide the best advice, but small time/group boss hunting or npc camping is a good suggestion. He's all combat and little skill and because he's not combat maxed (or near it) he might be limited to what he can do. If he worked on farming he could grow herbs to sell. Juju makes this very profitable but require 74 and 64 herblore. Other than that he could try Mangaing Miscellania, but that's more off a weekly thing.

 

Honestly, if he want to get 2m an hour he can either stake in the duel arena if feels confident or acquire 1m and try merchanting.

If he has piety unlocked and decent equipment he can hunt dragons for cash, but without dungeoneering frosts are out of the question. KBD might work though.

 

I would aim for all 50s stats while in p2p, mostly because some of his stats are really low.

Farming, Killing the Mole, group GWD, or maybe Barrows are his only decent money making opportunities. Kiln might be possible if he is willing to die before he succeeds.
