its ok for ms paint but there are much better programs out there for it.

i use ms paint to draw it and photoimpact too colour and effect it

NEVER use photoshop/any other photomanip program, to add a backround in a pixel sig. Makes it look bad. You dont need to put sample on it either, im not being mean its just that its too big to be a sig anyway. limits are 300x150 30kb. When your writting text, make it consisant in one corner or multiple corners. But dont put your name up there then your ranged a few picas down.
