It's tier 80 and you still take triple damage outside of the tzhaar area Blog of DG, Bossing (mostly Glacors) and stuff - Runetrack Play Safe! - Got useful information for the tip.it website? Obviously that didn't fly with the combat department.Apparently it will get some niche use (outside the TzHaar area) after the armour reform in April. Don't quote me on it, though.
