What world did you pick? One bad thinga bout this game is that you can only play with/communicate with people on your world.. and if you want to switch over to an other world, you have to make a brand new hcar on that world.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you're on troy, I'll add you later today when I get home... I've been looking at some picture on another forum all morning where you have to find how many bands in the picture.. arg. Also andother kind of annoying thing about this game, is you can only add people if they're online. :?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oh and nadril.. you really should of waited to invest in skills. Your character might be more powerful now, but when you get in the mid twenties and up, and it takes over 100+ skill pionts to gain one mastery level or skill level, don't tell me I haven't warned you when it takes you a whole day just to get one or two skill levels :)

There are ferries between the rivers. They should be marked on the maps.

I'm giving it a shot, I've been unable to play online games (except for RS, its in a browser) for nearly 8 months because of an innate firewall in my cable modem that I can't remove. Hopefully this will work...

I found this ring while training/questing today, and I'd like to know what the ability on the bottom line means. Also, what does +X behind an item mean?

Id like to know that too. Most of my swordsmans future armor set is Lucky, and I bought a 20k silk hat (+4) for my archer.

I found degree 1 SOS earings, they worth anything?

Int and str obviously increae your int and str when you equip those items.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lucky, immortal, and steady, have to do with alchemy, which is intensifying the item (increasing stats). It really shouldn't be bothered with until like the 4th degree, it really would be a waste of money to do it on anything below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Zombi/burn/freezehour etc, reduce the time you will remain in the associated status.

 

 

 

How ar eall you people getting sos items, I haven't ever got one :x

It just means it is stronger than the regular piece of armor. It looks the same, has the same requirements, but it's stats are much higher than the same armor for the same level that isn't SOS or + or anything. I've heard of someone seeing a spear I think, that was seal of X, and it was equivalent in stats to a spear 15 levels higher :shock:

Wow.. I really don't know what to say. The same thing happened today at the computer I use in 4th period at school. It's supposed to say "Start" in the bottom right corner. I'll try looking around to see if I can see if anyone else has that problem and what can be done about it.

Ok, I made a post about it on a silkroad forum. While I'm waiting for a reply, try to see if you have a firewall that could be messing with things. Disable it and open the game, and see if it works or not. If it works, try turning your firewall back on once the game is running. It might work... and if it does it's the best thing to do until I can get a reply ont he other forum

I turned it off, checked my silkroad related files in "my documents" (I think one my files didn't download fully?), and turned it on again. When I turned it on again, the "start" still didn't show, but I clicked one of the lower news things (the notices I believe they're called) and the "start" button appeared.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you've played it before on the "other computer" you use, I suggest just closing it and turning it on again (the game not the computer :wink: ). Because if you have played it before on your other computer, you probably don't have the software problems I did :P .
