For some reason i cant set any images in my signature. This is the one i want it:

Too large, needs to be 300x150 and 30,000bytes [30kb]

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

THAT is 305x181 and 161,000 bytes [161kb]

I got it small enough, i had to chop the hell outta it.
