June 3, 201313 yr Don't you usually ask the question before the purchase? :P I believe that magic damage is actually tied to weapon tier now and not just spell, so virtus wand would be quite a step up from the t70 wands. As to whether it's more worth it, you get to use Concentrated Blast, which provides slightly more damage output than Sonic Wave with the Chaotic staff. I can't think of any other perks that dw magic has over 2h magic, but I'm sure someone who knows will be along soon. In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.

June 3, 201313 yr I suppose one of the main areas duel wield has an advantage is Sara GWD's having main hand Ice Barrage and off hand Blood Barrage means that you can increase your staying power while still hitting the Sara mobs with water spells their weak to. In theory - yesIn practice - mmmm it's better than AW/B but by how much you'd have to ask someone with the #s. If you dropped your entire bank for it I'd be inclined to say it's not worth it, even if only because of how volatile the price is. June 4, 201313 yr Definitely worth it over ahrim's. Not sure how much better it is than a chaotic staff, except that it attacks faster, which makes you a lot more resistant to KOs, i.e. it's a lot safer for use at Saradomin GWD.

DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers ringsQBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow partsCR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size....It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty).
June 4, 201313 yr Author Well I didn't sell my "bank." I actually just gutted my bank of resources I collected over time. I'm sitting on all three GWD sets, glacor boots, automaton gloves and superior pop armour. I already have both drygore maces and royal cbow. I am wanting to make the move to the next best mage pieces. I currently have 153m after selling my ahrim's book and treachery.
