lcchs
You can't access some of the content without all 90s. Especially the storyline and their eventual reward which contains a lot resources.

Quyneax
For tetsu, you'll want 90 smithing, thieving, fishing, herblore and prayer. For lotus, that's 90 crafting, thieving, herblore, prayer and slayer. For seasinger, 90 runecrafting, fishing, slayer and prayer. For scrimshaws, 90+ fletching, 90 prayer, herblore, fishing and slayer. That's for the crafting the armour, single and double-adventurer missions for the required trade goods, and the triple voyages for 50 trade goods each. Th e Doctor
Do scroll mission early and you can keep the storyline mission for later as their time does not increase. This is an ok idea, you can only get a max of 1 scroll per day anyway and once you get close to max crew in pincers you can send out that scroll at much higher % chance of success than you can as you progress through the regions. So send them out when you get them but don't worry about it if they fail (it still counts towards your distance if you fail) because you will get them all eventually in the end. Just make sure you focus on the ones you want the most (for me all the Tetsu scrolls, Seasinger Hood, and Death Lotus hood were my tops so I have them finished now.) Each storyline ends with a trade good mission (2 for 25 plate, 1 for 25 lacquer, 1 for 25 chi, 1 for 25 bones, and 1 for 100 spices). Then you have the trio storylines that result in 50 plate and lacquer for one and 50 chi and bones for the other. All the info you would ever want about the special missions can be found here... http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Player-owned_port/Special_voyages Armadyl Drops : 4 Hilts; 3 Chestplates; 2 Chainskirts; 1 Helmet; 1 Buckler; 2 Shard 1; 2 Shard 2; 1 Shard 3Nex : 1 Zaryte BowKalphite King : 1 Drygore Rapier ; 1 Drygore Longsword : 1 Drygore Offhand Rapier : 1 Drygore Offhand Longsword
baileydafrog
thanks all :) one final thing, at what percentage should i generally do a mission?
chenw
I settle for anything above 60%, but that is assuming one has life boats (which effectively makes your crew absolutely immortal, which pretty much eliminates the worst case scenario for a failure). I do have a rare situation where I don't go online often at all on weekdays, so I have opportunity to pick and choose. A few other things you should know about: 1. Randoms are important for the random rewards, especially life boats. Less crew death means less snowballing effect 2. Crew with Merchant effect (except maybe "Ardougne Storekeeper") can never be overestimated. 3. Extra ships are VERY important. 6,924th to 30 hunting, 13,394th to 30 summoning, 52,993rd to 30 DivinationKiln Record (Post-EoC): W 25 - L 0, 14 Uncut Onyx, 8 Jad hits received (Best record: Two in the same kiln)Obby set renewed post update #2: 0QBD drops: 21 crossbow parts, 3 Visages, 1 Kites, 2 KitsMax Port Score [2205] Achieved: 27th April 2013 (World 2nd) Farmyard Rampage ranking: 12th, 50,000 Kills. Th e Doctor
It will be hard to send out ships at close to 100% until you near the end of a region, and when you start a new one you'll deal with low success percents again. Just get used to sending ships out at less than 75% and you'll be ok, but make sure to do your randoms as soon as you can to get lifeboats for your ships asap. They never go away once used. Failing a mission still adds to your progress through the region (distance traveled) and thus isn't as bad as it's made out to seem as long as you didn't lose crew members.
