Basically i need to know a good camera, that can handle a little moisture, and isnt too hefty on the wallet. Also, some tips on how far i can push it, how much damage it can take, and most importantly, BATTERY LIFE! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Lvl 80 construction. I need to know a decent range of optical zoom, the one i have is 25x and its quite small, a good handheld one. Can you charge cameras with an AC adapter? Or do i need to buy a recharger? February 27, 200620 yr Sony vx-1000, only bad thing is u can only get it 2nd handed now, cuz theyre always making new models, they are now at vx-2100, but none of them even compare to the old 1000 model. They should cost about 800-1000 USD. 99 Slayer since August 2007.

February 28, 200620 yr From what I've seen a good camera ranges from about $400 to $800 if youre not looking for something amazing. A good idea is to go check your local stores and compare prices/features to the ones online.
