Nanosauromo
Simply make the login screen like the bank pin thingy, with moving letters and numbers one must click on. You only have to type four extra keys for me to not think "ur" an idiot.solardeathray.teensupergenius.com

Lets_3ekout
or have a bank pin? or be smart and not get hacked in the first place 1st no need to be so negative. 2nd a bank pin will save your bank, but not what your wearing. to me, that's 95% of my money. 3rd it's very easy to get hacked/keylogged. no matter how smart and safe you act there will always be a chance of it. Kierte
Entering the four digits of my bank pin is already annoying enough. Sure, it'd be safer, but it's easy to avoid keyloggers. I've been using computers for ages, and I've NEVER gotten a virus, keylogger, worm, or anything. All it takes is some basic knowledge, and then some common sense. If Jagex for some insane reason decided to do this, it would be punishing peole that had the common sense to have long, random passes.

My [developmentally delayed]ed wireless is slow as a bitatch (thus, I have to play on low detail with broadband :|), and likes to spontaniously drop out, usually when I've just beaten the snot out of something, and thus losing a rare drop of some kind. So, making me go through that process to log in, would just make me realise "why do I bother", and throw the wireless out. Raichase, quit Runescape. Time issues really, nothing against the game itself. Something had to go, and it happened to be the addictive game that costs money to enjoy :) Best of luck to all of my friends here! mouseman99
I thought of this a while ago and i really do agree with you as for myself i am wearing most of my money :P so a bank pin doesn't help. It would also be easy to make the pin optional like the bank pin. Solves the problem of people who dont like the idea, it could even be the same pin as your bank to save Jagex's bandwidth. bjbj1991
I came up with an idea on a trade block insted of bank pin. You would not be allowed to enter the wildy, drop anything, trade, duel someone, theave, start combat untill you enter this other pin.
Icehart
One good thing to avoid keylogger nor any virus would be using Guest account in Windows XP to play runescape.
