Flip_Pride
To Support this, goto http://www.runescape.com and their forums then goto suggestions and look for "always on top heres what it is This is only a small suggestion but I think it will benefit alot of people. Especially people that always lag or get white screen. What normally happens when I play runescape is, if I decide to visit say a basketball website while fishing or something or I chat with fellow clan mates on our chatroom, when I click back on the runescape client I get white-screened! It is very annoying and causes me to reload the world. A simple little thing is all that has to be done to fix this. "Always On Top" option would mean I can read websites, or chat with clan mates without getting white-screened when I click back, since I never have to minimise the window. This would not take that much of an effort by the Jagex Team at all and so many people, especially people with rares would really love it. Please support this suggestion everyone, I think people that die at fishing spots or woodcut spots because they were away talking for afew seconds could really benefit them. Also like to add, this makes it easier for ppl to pk and chat on their clan rooms at the same time * I know swiftswitch isn't allowed here, but i'm just posting a little thing about it, which I don't think is harmful. Here it is ...The only reason i use swiftswitch was because it had the "always on top" option making it better for me, but i just don't feel safe anymore with the posts lately about it sorry :("
Doomster
Not sure if adjusting the window using other "ontop" software would work... such as http://www.snapfiles.com/get/deskpins.html Or http://dm2.sourceforge.net/ - Not only on-top, but transparency - darn it, gotta install and try it now! Stealth_Ltd
they're not interacting with runescape or giving the player any advantage so i think its legal.
godsfearme
IT is a third party client. I don't trust the jagax thid party dedtiction system enough to chance wheater it will say it is bad or good. I will shoot down any one with my bitting wit, and sarcasm! What POSSIBLE reason would someone have to make a fake like that?Does he profit from faking a picture like that? Does it help him at all?Jesus Christ, stop being so suspicious. This is Tip.it for God's sake, not RuneHQ. -_-
Blackbane
this is a VERY good suggestion. I mean, there are a lot of good suggestions, but making a petition for them is just a waste of time..... but this one would be a very good cause.. .... specially with my slow computer, getting booted from runescape costs me like 5 minutes. Kah..... bah...... danm! Whats the third one again?
Dilts36
seems 3rd party. but its a vert good idea thou.
Guest
seems 3rd party. but its a vert good idea thou. A 3rd party program is banned because they help you in having an unfair advantage over other players, thus its cheating. This isn't giving you an advantage and isn't cheating. Nothing else too it.
Doomster
I attempted to use DM2 - with dismal results. System slowed to a crawl with 100% CPU load, later found that this seems to be a rather common bug with DM2 (shame, I rather fancied some transparency), so I guess that leaves deskpins to try.
