on rsc 25k an hour was leet.... i remember when undeads first came out in shiloh jagex accidentally made them liek 40hp but they still gave the xp of their level

Yes but the problem is not about the caps its about how easy it is....

 

 

 

fine raise it to 100mill xp for the max (lv110) but with all the stuff coming out and with what u will hit with 100-105str alot of ppl will still get to that level after some times

the whole thing for me is i walk in bank and see some 126 nuub that if we went to wild and fought it would be pretty even... but me having way mroe exp in fighitng then he does i should really be higher combat then he is and sp0nx him
