April 3, 200620 yr 1st Run Dharok Verac (drink a dose) Karil (drink a dose) Guthan (lately i've been using prayer a lot since i try and do two or two and three fifths or so runs before banking again..so another dose) Torag (yet another dose) Ahrim (another dose...I don't know why but I get hit like no other...maybe its because of my nooby 78 mage...) (Always in this order) 2nd Run Dharok (drink 2 doses) Verac (drink a dose) Karil (drink a dose) Guthan (drink a dose) Torag (drink a dose) Ahrim (drink a dose) 3rd Run I usually have 1 or 2 doses left.. if I have 2 doses left, I go for Dharok; if I have 1, I go for Guthans and if I have enough lobs I kill Torag and Ahrim before going back to bank. It seems to work ok for me and its like 2 prayer pots more than I usually use but it's faster and that's what I like. 200.

April 3, 200620 yr Come in with ranger outfit, full health and prayer points. 1. Ahrim Switch to mage gear, Magic Darts 2. Dharok 1 dose prayer 3. Verac 1 dose prayer 4. Torag 1 dose prayer 5. Karil 1 dose super restore 6. Guthan No prayer Whichever is tunnel brother eliminate that prayer dosage. Hopefully catch melee brother in tunnel safe spot otherwise 2 prayer doses in tunnel or chest. Open chest tele to duel arena charge health and prayer, tele to Ectofuntus. Bank at Cannifis and take Hollows path back to Barrows.

April 3, 200620 yr Dharok - on prayer recharged in lumbie Karil - on prayer recharged in lumbie Verac - on prayer recharged in lumbie + 1 prayer dose Ahrim - with leftover prayer Guthan - no prayer Torag - no prayer So if I am lucky I use 1 prayer dose. If I happen to have a high hitter in the barrows I sometimes end up using 3 prayer doses (=1 pot).
