I've found that the prices of food have almost doubled

 

 

 

This time last year lobbies where 150-220.

 

 

 

Now there 200-300.

Well essence used to actually be 40gp...

 

Red party hats were (at the lowest I can actually remember them) 200k, this was when they were actually sold by the Party Shop NPC in Varrok. Can anyone else remember camping there hoping to god you would get the next one? XD

There was also that discontinued items spawn location in Lumbridge in 2001. I spent 2 hours there one day, and walked away with 2 Half Wines, a Party Hat Set, a Christmas Cracker, a Mask Set, 2 Yo-yos, a Santa and a Scythe. I wish I had held on to all that stuff (instead of selling them all to buy an Addy Scimmy)... I'm sure that stuff is quite valuable now!

I've been around in RS for over 3 years now (off and on with lots of off time), and it's amazing that the prices for most of the basic goods has remained pretty stable. Coal has always been around 150-200 and lobs around 200-300 gp, the price fluctuates of course, but they are within those ranges most of the time...The rare market is the only thing that has gone crazy really, and how that's affected other things...well that's a different conversation, haha.

It is just like the real world nothing is set price for that long.

wow you are really lame :roll: first off, there was never any discontinued items spawn :wink: in 2001 there wasnt party hats, crackers, masks, yo-yos, santas or scythes :roll: they didnt come until later on, and yo-yos and scythes didnt come until Rs2 came out :roll: so before you go making up a bunch of lies try to make sense and do some research first :lol:

mask sales almost doubled... there getting rarer by the minute, and ess will go up and down, it just depends on how many people use it to make a rs living

 

 

 

or how many people download auto's.
