well, i'm a 65 range pure, level 46. i'm wondering, where's the best spot to range f2p while picking up arrows?

White knight castle second floor worked great for me. The west side has fences to range through, and the east side has a table to range across, and some other safespots.

Hill giants in Edgeville if you are fast enough, you can also collect bones and sell them. I like that place.

I would say lessers on crandor if you done dragon slayer because of the spots where the lessers can't get you.

(I don't know much about pures [if they have prayer or not], so don't start flaming)

 

 

 

Hill Giants

 

 

 

-Allows you to work on prayer from the big bones they drop

 

 

 

-Over 8 different ranging spots where you can't get hit

 

 

 

-All ranging spots allow you to pick your arrows up

 

 

 

-Close to Varrock West Bank

 

 

 

Lesser Demons

 

 

 

-Doesn't allow you to work on prayer since Lessers drop ashes

 

 

 

-Over 3 different ranging spots (more past the wall if you've completed Dragon Slayer) where you can't get hit

 

 

 

-All ranging spots allow you to pick your arrows up

 

 

 

-Not really close to a bank, but the nearest is in Draynor

Ice Giants, there are places to stand that the Giants can't fit into, but you have to get the Ice Warriors stuck behind the rock....you'll see what I mean if you try it. It is a good place because the drops are good, and it isn't overcrowded. Either way when you are training range fight unarmoured monsters....don't fight White Knights like the previous guy said, you will do less damage, though the White Knights are good for training mage. :)

or moss giants @ crandor.. there are 2 spots where u can range those green dudes.. :P

I usually train at Lessers, mainly because it's safe, ok drops, and you can pick up arrows.
