vandeleh101
I don't know if anyone else has noticed but on the path to the Mind Altar from Falador there are a lot of new people with some weird names, there is also a random guard walking around there and some squirrels and raccoons... I don't know about you guys, but this looks like a new quest to me... :D

vandeleh101
what is their purpose then? Jagex must be hatching up a new quest or mini-game or something for them to have a use...
tefda
what is their purpose then? Jagex must be hatching up a new quest or mini-game or something for them to have a use... Not necessarily. What about Hans in Lumbridge? He's named but he doesn't serve a purpose really. What about all of the people in Burthrope, they're named but they serve no purpose really. Kewl_Sabre
I actually haven't noticed that. Might just be the update to Falador, but I'll have to go check it out.
moron8275
As for your title, Jagex is always preparing for a new quest =D What it might be, who knows.
vandeleh101
As for your title, Jagex is always preparing for a new quest =D What it might be, who knows. True, but this is pre-preperation because they MIGHT be updating the game with characters and features for the new quest so that when the big update comes out it will not be as large. Keep in mind, this is all a MAYBE!
Bubsa
Nowadays, when Jagex create/update cities, they give all the citizens in it their own names; which is awfully nice, because no-one really knew one "Man" from the other. This is how much you all raised for charity. Thank you.
Dexek
Yea, I like the fact the they are giving NPC's more character than before. Makes it seem that much better. Narakia_1
Like it's been said before, some updates are there for the sake of updates. I personally think these guys are just nice to kill. For low levels to train, they can drop some decent stuff. Better than chickens.
